Abstract | In the Doctrine and Covenants the Lord testifies of the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon. The Doctrine and Covenants teaches that the Book of Mormon came forth under the direction of the Lord, that it should be studied by mankind, that woe will come to those who neglect it, that blessings of knowledge and eternal life are promised to those who receive it, that it will bring Lamanites and Jews to the Lord, and that it will bring to light the true points of Christ’s doctrine. |
