Abstract | This piece depicts iconic and important scripture moments, from Alma 31 to Moroni 10. This piece explores what a Disney movie inspired by the Book of Mormon would look like. Santiago Santoyo currently lives in the city of Morelia, Michoacán. He began drawing at the age of 5 and cultivates other talents which include piano, guitar, video editing, editing of image and audio, musical composition and drawing. He is currently studying piano at the Morelia Roses Conservatory and belongs to the Tarímbaro ward of the Morelia-Mexico-Airport Stake. After serving a full-time mission, he hopes to specialize in filmmaking to realize his dream of producing scripture-inspired movies. Submitted to the 2020 Book of Mormon Central Art Contest. |
