It could be said of the mothers in the Book of Mormon that they heard it. They felt it. They believed it. They live it. They loved it. The taught it...Their sons confidently stated 'Our mothers knew it.' These mothers' actions and deeds were not hollow and meaningless; love was their driving factor. Their love for their Savior, Jesus Christ and their love for their children drove them to plant and cultivate those tender young testimonies, having faith that their children would continue to nurture those testimonies as they grew in wisdom and stature.
