Latter-Day Gathering
In language of Isaiah,
Paul, Nephi, Joseph—
God speaks to His
scattered children.
They receive the word
with gladness,
rejoice in truth restored.
Israel gathers to Zion
from nations of Europe,
islands of the sea,
empires of the East,
and lands of Lehi’s sons.
In vessels of courage,
wagons of faith,
handcarts of hope,
they come to raise
stalwart pillars,
square temple corners,
and build up the Kingdom
of God on Earth.
