Abstract

Emma remembered, from when she acted as his scribe, a time when Joseph was translating the Book of Mormon and was startled to learn that Jerusalem has walls around it. She saw this as an indication that Joseph did not know history or the Bible well enough to write the Book of Mormon. This is also an example of how revelation expands our knowledge.
