Abstract | When He visited the Nephites, Christ allowed three of His disciples to live until His second coming. Mormon and Moroni gave detailed specifics about these disciples. One might wonder where Mormon and Moroni got such specific information about these disciples, but is likely that some of the information about them in the Book of Mormon came from interviews between Mormon and Moroni and the disciples themselves. Just as the Book of Mormon may contain pieces of interviews with people who had seen Christ, the early prophets of this dispensation give modern readers similar glimpses into the visions of Joseph Smith. |
