Abstract | When Nephi was on his way home from being put on trial, he had an encounter with God. A careful look at this encounter shows that Nephi was taken into God's "divine council" and had a personal encounter with God. The fact that he experienced this after going through such a difficult experience is a reminder that the most significant spiritual experiences can come during the most difficult times. |
