Abstract | The young woman in the piece represents all of us. She is broken from all the trials and sins and mistakes that have happened in her life. Her heart is broken in two, in desperate need of healing. The Savior's hand reaches for her heart as she offers it to Him. He is there to fix her brokenness through the Atonement, the signs of His ordeal written on His hands, just like the cracks on the young woman. He knows her brokenness and knows how to heal it. |
