Abstract | Submitted to the 2021 Book of Mormon Central Art Contest. The concept was to show how the light, or truth, conquered the darkness and evil. The light and goodness of our Heavenly Father and our Savior will always triumph over darkness and fear. This piece was painted with a combination of acrylics, cold wax, oil paints and spray paint. Dimensions 12 X 24 The artist is a mother, grandmother, friend and follower of Christ. She likes to experiment with different techniques in her paintings and also finds joy in painting what she loves. She is a graduate of the University of Utah and resides in Millcreek, UT, with her husband. |
