Abstract

Nephi was given power to "seal" on earth and in heaven, but it is hard to know how he may have used this power. One way he may have used it is to "seal" the heavens like Elijah did in the Old Testament. This story reminds the reader of the cosmic power of the priesthood, power that is still exercised by priesthood holders today.
